How I came up with an idea of the online course, book, and coaching program

When I started my career in IT Recruitment, I had no idea about the various roles in IT and the world of software development. Most of the books I found on this topic were relatively old (from 2002 or 2007) and did not satisfy my needs in terms of the current job, practical experience, and modern definitions of various terms. As we know, the IT world changes rapidly, and so do IT roles and what stays behind them. Consequently, I started to do my own research by talking to IT specialists from companies I have been working with, reading various IT forums, and online journals, watching videos, etc. I drew upon my years of experience working with such clients as Zalando, Ebay, Idealo, HRS, Klarna (while working for DIS AG, Modis IT Berlin). Through the years, I closed many positions in UX and UI Design, Product Owner, Product Managers, iOS and Android Developers, QA Engineers, SAP Specialists, and so on. I also created a few of my own websites, in order to better understand how all of this works. In this way, I gained knowledge and expertise to make my job better, fulfill open positions faster, and most importantly – help people land fulfilling careers.
  • Why did I make an online course and write a book
    My practical experience has shown me that many recruiters entering the field of IT Recruitment, unfortunately, have either a general psychology education or no experience in Recruitment at all, especially in IT. Most of them learn on the job or use “keywords”, never asking themselves what it all means. I thought it might be helpful to share my knowledge with others, with those who would like to learn more, do their job well, and achieve success. That is how my journey started.
    My online course participants on Udemy (here will be a link to the course) found it very useful and were wondering whether there is a book with the same information but in print form 🙂 So, the book (here should be the link too) has been written and published 😊
  • Why I am creating a coaching program and how it will help you and your agency
